Shipping & Exchange Policy
At Raavi, our suits are pure wearable art, woven from premium fabric, then hand-painted and hand-beaded by master brush artists in India. Because every piece is painted by hand and tailored on demand specifically for you, we do not offer monetary refunds.
Please note: Because our garments are created by humans and not machines, no two suits are 100% identical. Your piece will beautifully match the collection photos, but minor variations in brushstrokes are the hallmark of genuine, authentic art.
Shipping & Delivery
- Unstitched Suits: 1 to 2 weeks delivery.
- Stitched Suits: 2 to 3 weeks delivery (custom-tailored on demand by our master tailors).
- Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our studio.
- Urgent / Express Delivery: Do not use standard checkout. Email support@shopraavi.com before buying. An extra delivery fee applies depending on urgency.
- No Extra Fees: All Canadian taxes are collected at checkout. You will not be charged any extra hidden duties or border fees upon delivery.
Exchange Policy
We offer a strict 7-Day Exchange Window from the date your package is delivered.
- Strict Conditions: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, scent-free, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Zero-Tolerance Rule: Any signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or alterations will immediately disqualify the exchange. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
- The Process: Email support@shopraavi.com within 7 days. Once approved, you will mail the suit to our local Canadian address using a standard tracked shipping service at your own expense.
- Final Sale Rule: Your replacement suit takes another 1 to 2 weeks to be custom-crafted in India. Your replacement item is strictly Final Sale and cannot be exchanged a second time.
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged from shipping, email us clear photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can fix it for you immediately.

ਰਾਵੀ ਦੇ ਸੂਟ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਲੀ ਕਲਾ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਨੈਚੁਰਲ ਕਰੇਪ ਕੱਪੜੇ 'ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਕਾਰੀਗਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਪੇਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਕਢਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਸੂਟ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਰਡਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ (Refund) ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ: ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਸੂਟ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੂਟ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਪਰ ਬੁਰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਫਰਕ ਅਸਲੀ ਹੱਥ ਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ਿਪਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ
- ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਿਲੇ ਸੂਟ (Unstitched): 1 ਤੋਂ 2 ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ।
- ਸਿਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੂਟ (Stitched): 2 ਤੋਂ 3 ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ (ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਪ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ)।
- ਟਰੈਕਿੰਗ (Tracking): ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਟੂਡੀਓ ਤੋਂ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਟਰੈਕਿੰਗ ਲਿੰਕ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ / ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ: ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਆਰਡਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਖਰੀਦਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ support@shopraavi.com 'ਤੇ ਈਮੇਲ ਕਰੋ। ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ।
- ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ: ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਟੈਕਸ ਆਰਡਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੀ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਕਸਟਮ ਜਾਂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ
ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ਼ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 7 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ (ਬਦਲਣ) ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
- ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ: ਕੱਪੜਾ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਵਾਂ, ਅਣ-ਧੋਤਾ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੇ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂ/ਸੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਗਸ ਸਮੇਤ ਅਸਲੀ ਪੈਕਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਯਮ: ਜੇਕਰ ਸੂਟ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ, ਮੇਕਅੱਪ ਦੇ ਦਾਗ, ਪਰਫਿਊਮ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂ ਜਾਂ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸੂਟ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਖਰਚੇ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਤਰੀਕਾ: 7 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ support@shopraavi.com 'ਤੇ ਈਮੇਲ ਕਰੋ। ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਲ ਪਤੇ 'ਤੇ ਸੂਟ ਭੇਜਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ ਖਰਚਾ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
- ਆਖਰੀ ਨਿਯਮ: ਬਦਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਸੂਟ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ 1 ਤੋਂ 2 ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਦੂਜੀ ਵਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੂਟ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਸੇਲ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
- ਨੁਕਸਾਨ/ਖਰਾਬੀ: ਜੇਕਰ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇ 48 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਈਮੇਲ ਕਰੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਠੀਕ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ।
