Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We know you’re excited to receive your RAAVI piece!

Tracking Information: Once your order is packed and shipped, we'll email your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey via our shipping partner’s website.

Delivery Timeline: Our pieces are crafted with care. Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery. For urgent requests or status updates, please reach out to us at support@shopraavi.com.

Our Policy At RAAVI, each suit is a work of art. Because of the bespoke nature of our hand-painted apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges We want you to love your fit. We offer an exchange-only window of 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.

The Beauty of Hand-Painting: Each RAAVI suit is hand-painted by artisans. Because this is a human process rather than a machine-print, no two floral motifs will be identical. We believe the slight variations in brushstrokes are where the true beauty and soul of the garment lie—making your piece strictly one-of-a-kind.

Color Accuracy: We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will be a 100% exact match to the fabric in person.
